Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were clean and offered a great view, being located right next to the vending machines was a bit disappointing. The service was helpful and nice overall, but the lack of friendliness and unexpected parking charges stood out. The prime location in downtown Orlando was great, but there were some improvements needed in terms of customer service. The dining experience, especially the free breakfast, was exceptional, but the absence of transportation services was inconvenient.

I had a great time at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and had all the amenities I needed for my stay, providing an excellent overall experience. While spacious and comfortable, they could use an update. The service was exceptional, from the helpful and expert staff to the quick valet service that made checking in a breeze. The location couldn't have been better for exploring downtown, being right by Lake Eola and within walking distance of everything. The dining options were varied and satisfying, especially the omelette, and the facilities were top-notch.

My stay at this hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room I stayed in, despite being near a banquet hall under construction, was clean and comfortable. The location in downtown Orlando was ideal, away from the typical touristy areas you find near Disney World parks.

The hotel's central location next to Lake Eola was perfect for experiencing the charm of downtown Orlando. Despite needing some customer service improvements, the area is great for exploring the city. I particularly enjoyed the cook-to-order breakfast options.
Dining

The dining was a mixed experience. While the omelet station was excellent, other breakfast options were lacking. The cocktail hour offerings had room for improvement, and some areas like the pool needed better maintenance.

The hotel facilities were decent, but some areas like the pool could use better upkeep.
